Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original packaging; for food safety, coffee bags must remain sealed to be eligible for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
